Cancellation Policy

Photo sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Refund Policy

Refunds for photo session packages are available if cancellation is made at least 7 days before the scheduled session date. Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days.

Digital Products

Digital photographs delivered through our online gallery are considered final products. Once delivered, digital products are non-refundable. However, we will work with you to address any concerns about photo quality.

Physical Products

Physical products such as prints and albums may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are defective or do not meet quality standards. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

Rescheduling

Photo sessions may be rescheduled once at no additional charge, provided at least 48 hours notice is given. Additional rescheduling may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
